Job Summary

As Head of Digital Transformation & IT (DT&IT), Market Area North America (MANA), you will report to the Global Head of Market Areas DT&IT and be a member of the unit’s Leadership Team. This role has overall responsibility to ensure that the DT&IT organization delivers our commitments towards the MANA stakeholders, and to proactively support MANA’s Digital initiatives. This position is based in Plano, Texas at the Ericsson North America headquarters. 

You will:

  • Execute on group DT&IT strategy
  • Drive Digital Transformation in MANA
  • Interact with key stakeholders and MANA leadership teams.
  • Manage demand of IT and Digital solutions
  • Support and integrate Business Funded IT
  • Control costs & drive cost efficiency initiatives
  • Implement new global DT&IT services
  • Manage local IT services and Digital solutions
  • Adhere to group IT policies, including IT Security policies

You have:

  • Proven history of successful execution of IT or Digital transformation in a global company, preferably in the high-tech industry
  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, especially on executive level
  • Proven leadership experience, especially in managing cross-country units and virtual teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication capabilities
  • A structured approach in problem solving
  • Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to act proactively, be a change leader, and are results-oriented

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of IT industry experience
  • 8+ years of senior management experience
